Print your own labels from Adobe Express

To print Adobe Express label designs on label sheets at home, most people download them to their computer, then upload them to the manufacturer's software (if available) or insert them into PDF or Word templates, manually copying and pasting their design onto each label position.

There’s actually a much faster and easier way: the Print your own labels Add-on. The Add-on handles generating the label sheet printout for you - saving time and leaving you free to focus on creating the perfect label design!

Here are the few simple steps.

Design

Start your Adobe Express design with the same dimensions as your label, and finalize your label design.

Start the 'Print your own labels' Add-on

When you’ve finished designing, click on the Add-ons icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Search for add-ons using the keyword 'label', select Print Your Own Labels, and install it.

Select label designs

Select either the current design page or all pages to send to the label sheet printout. Next, the add-on will display a preview of your selection.

Choose the label template layout

The add-on will forward you to the web page where you have the option to either find the label sheet template of your choice, or create a custom one.

Review print settings

To ensure flawless printout results, we provide the following print settings.

For standard label sheets:

Add a bleeding area to ensure designs extend to the edge of each label.
Apply a vertical offset to correct centering issues caused by your printer.
Set the number of labels to print per page. If the number of Adobe Express pages (label designs) exceeds the number of labels on a single sheet, the system will automatically generate multi-page printouts.

For custom label sheets:

Label width - label height will be automatically calculated based on the dimensions of your design.
Print to the edge of the paper or not - not all printers support edge-to-edge printing.
Set the number of labels to print per page.
Appy a cutting marker that helps cutting custom-size labels.

Send to your printer

With one click, our system will generate and display the printout pages. You can then send them directly to your printer or save them as a PDF for future use.
