Notes for first-time users

Hlabels.com has developed a Canva extension called the "Label Sheets" app. You can find it by typing its name into Canva's Search apps box and use it to print Canva label designs directly onto label sheets. No need to switch software or manually copy and paste label designs into each label position, or adjust their alignment by hand.

To print your Canva label designs on the Gemsroyal® G301262 template, click the button above and follow the steps below.

  1. Start a new design or open an existing one from your Canva dashboard. Once your design opens, Canva will automatically launch the Label Sheets app, already set up to print on label sheets using this template.
  2. Finish designing your label. To print multiple label designs on the same sheet, just add a new page in Canva for each design. To create dozens or even hundreds of label designs from spreadsheet data, use Canva's Bulk Create app.
  3. Adjust the layout settings based on your needs. Learn more here.
  4. Choose which label designs to print. Canva will turn them into image files, and you can select the file type, pixel size, and quality (DPI). This step is called "Export" in Canva. Learn more about setting the correct label image dimensions for Gemsroyal® G301262.

That's it!
The Label Sheets Canva app will automatically generate a print-ready file. It will populate up to 30 label positions on the Gemsroyal® G301262 template with the content from each label, based on your layout settings.
You can either print it directly using your inkjet or laser printer, or download the file for later use.
