Before subscribing to a paid plan, you will be able to fully test our service by printing an unlimited number of label sheets to ensure it meets your needs. If you don’t mind the footnote on the printouts, you can continue using the free plan indefinitely.
Payments for monthly and yearly subscription plans are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, after which you will not be charged further.
For lifetime subscription plans, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
The refunded amount will be adjusted to deduct the equivalent cost of a one-month subscription, reflecting your initial usage of the service.
Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible.
To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account, navigate to billing, and follow the cancellation process. Alternatively, you can contact us for assistance.
If you are eligible for a refund, please submit your request within the specified time frame by contacting our support team. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and issued to your original payment method.
