You can fully test the service before purchasing, including creating and printing label sheets using templates for 99 supported label brands, with extensive troubleshooting resources available if you need help getting the best printing results. This policy explains how paid subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and account deletion are handled.
Before subscribing to a paid plan, you can fully test the Hlabels service without creating an account or signing up for a plan. You can generate and print an unlimited number of label sheets to test your label templates, layouts, designs, and printing workflow and make sure the service meets your needs.
Whether you use Hlabels without an account or through the Free plan, you receive a limited number of printouts without a footer-mark. After those have been used, you can continue generating and printing an unlimited number of label sheets with a small footer-mark. All Hlabels features and functionality remain fully available in both cases. The only difference is the small footer-mark on the printouts.
The footer-mark is what allows us to continue offering unlimited use at no cost to educational and other non-commercial users, while paid, footer-free subscriptions help support and keep the Hlabels service running.
The Paid service does not unlock additional Hlabels features. All Hlabels features and functionality are always available, whether you use Hlabels without an account, create an account and use the default Free plan, or purchase a paid subscription.
The purpose of a paid subscription is to remove the small footer-mark from your label sheet printouts. With an active paid subscription, you can generate and print an unlimited number of label sheets without the Hlabels footer-mark for as long as your subscription remains active.
The cancellation and refund terms depend on the type of paid subscription you purchase, as explained below. You can view the available subscription options and current prices on our Pricing page.
Before purchasing a monthly or yearly subscription, you can fully test all Hlabels features and generate a number of label sheets without a footer-mark, then continue generating an unlimited number with a footer-mark. This allows you to clearly evaluate the service and understand exactly what a paid subscription provides before subscribing.
A Lifetime Subscription is a one-time purchase for users who expect to use Hlabels over the long term and prefer not to pay recurring monthly or yearly subscription fees. It provides unlimited footer-free label sheet printouts with no recurring subscription charges.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. In Hlabels, cancelling a paid subscription means downgrading your account to the Free plan; it does not delete your account.
After cancellation, your paid subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle, so you can continue generating unlimited label sheets without a footer-mark during that period. At the end of the billing cycle, your account will automatically move to the Free plan and you will not be charged for another subscription period.
We keep your account active so you can continue using Hlabels on the Free plan and, if you need to print labels again in the future, easily subscribe again whenever you want footer-mark-free printouts. You can move between the Free plan and a paid subscription as often as you wish without having to create a new account each time.
If you do not expect to print labels again in the future, you may choose to delete your account instead.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your Ecardify-Hlabels account, navigate to Settings > Billing,
and click the Downgrade to Free button on the Billing page.

Note that cancelling your subscription does not delete your Hlabels account or affect your ability to use the Free plan. If you want to permanently delete your account, account deletion is a separate process from cancelling your subscription.

Because Hlabels can be fully tested without limits before purchase, monthly and yearly subscription payments are non-refundable.
The Lifetime Subscription payment is refundable only if a refund is requested within 30 days of purchase. The refunded amount will be adjusted by deducting the equivalent cost of a one-month subscription to reflect your initial use of the service. No refunds will be issued after the initial 30-day period.
To request a Lifetime Subscription refund, please contact us within the applicable time frame. Refunds requested within that period are processed within 2-4 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
To delete your Ecardify-Hlabels account, log in, go to Settings > Billing,
and click the red Delete Account button. You will be asked to confirm the deletion before it is completed.
Note that if you are currently on a paid plan, you must first downgrade to the Free plan. Accounts with an active paid subscription cannot be deleted.
